Replacement of the Kinsmen Pedestrian Bridge spanning above Kinsmen Participark – This Tender involves the replacement of the pedestrian bridge currently connecting the Hickory Hills and Trottier Subdivisions to the downtown core. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing bridge structure and piers, and the installation of a new prefabricated bridge constructed with weathering steel, galvanized grating, and new steel piers. The existing masonry piers will be retained and upgraded with new concrete caps and LED lighting fixtures will be installed along the bridge deck. Upon completion, all disturbed areas are to be restored.
