Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. (THI) is seeking a qualified contractor to install underground ducts and supporting structures in the Annandale Subdivision as part of a multi-year, phased voltage conversion project.  The contractor will be responsible for supply and installation of all below grade primary & secondary ducts including road crossings as well as transformer vaults and ground grids. Street light relocation work may also form part of the contract pending further internal approvals.
